How do I edit an order?

You can edit an order pretty quickly! 

The first thing you should note that it is only possible to edit a shipment with a status of Allocated or Printed.  If the shipment is in a manifested state, you will need to recreate the shipment again.

Royal Mail do not allow you to edit a previously Printed shipment, in this case, you will need to recreate the shipment and cancel the previous. 

1. log in to data.scurri.co.uk

2. Select the order you need to edit by clicking the order reference and once you are viewing the details, selecting "Edit consignment"

 

4. Once you edited your order, click "Save"
