If you need to make a change to a goods-out note that has already been transferred over to Scurri, it’ll need to be deleted in both systems. To delete it in Scurri, find the record on your Orders page and select Cancel. To delete it in Brightpearl, go to Sales > Goods out notes > Due to Ship, filter to find the record you need and select the Delete icon on the right.
From here you can go back to the order, make your changes and fulfill again.
