How do I override the carrier or service used?

Scurri matches your imported shipments to the rules you have set up, but sometimes you need to over ride those rules to use a different carrier or service currently active on your account. 

Scurri allows you to do this in just a few clicks! 

1. From the dashboard, highlight the order you want to change and then select 'Edit'.Screen_Shot_2017-08-08_at_14.18.45.png

2. Once you are in 'Edit a Shipment' you can select any of the below tabs and amend the details.

  • Recipient Info
  • Order Info
  • Shipping Info

3. When you have completed your changes you have the option to Save.
