Scurri matches your imported shipments to the rules you have set up, but sometimes you need to override those rules and use a different carrier or service currently active on your account. Follow the steps below.
- Select edit from the dashboard
- Select edit from the order
Step 1. From the dashboard, highlight the order you want to change and select Edit.
Step 2. Select the Order Number you need to change the carrier or carrier service for. Once you are in this order select Edit. This will allow you to select Shipping Info and change the carrier and/or service you need to override.
