Scurri is not updating my orders in Brightpearl

One of the great features of the Brightpearl integration means that once a shipment has been manifested in Scurri, it immediately updates the order in Brightpearl. 

If you notice that your orders are not being updated, you will need to check the following:

The shipment in Scurri is in a manifested state. Status Explained

If you have checked this, then you need to check your shipment methods match the Scurri list. 

To do this, get a list of Shipment Method names from us by contacting us at support@scurri.co.uk and then comparing the list within your Brightpearl Panel. To do this, you need to follow the steps below. 

1. login to your Brightpearl Account, and select "Setup"

2. Scroll down the page until you see "Shipping", 

 

3. Select Shipping and the menu will expand, you need to select, "Shipping Methods"

 

 

4. Selecting "shipping methods" gives you access to the various methods currently in your account, you need to make sure these names exactly match the methods stored within Scurri or else the information will not be updated.
