How to Create a User

Users with Admin permissions can access the User Management dashboard via:

On the left-side navigation, click Setup > Company Setup > User Management.

Follow the steps below to add a new user and share their account activation link.

Click the +Add New User button located in the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, and Username.

• Username Requirements: This must be unique across the platform. It can only contain letters, numbers, and specific special characters (@, ., +, -, _). It cannot start or end with a special character, and it cannot contain consecutive special characters. If the username is already taken, the system will prompt you to choose another.

Enter an Email Address and Phone Number (optional but highly recommended).

• Note on Email: An email allows the user to securely reset their password without contacting an admin. If they don't have a dedicated email address, a shared or alternative email can be used. If multiple users share the same email address, the automated reset email will list all associated usernames, making it easy to select the correct account.

Click Create User.

Upon success, you will see a confirmation message summarising the user's details.

 

A temporary, single-use Reset Password link will be generated. Copy and share this link directly with the new user so they can activate their account.

Once the user is created, you can assign them to relevant permission groups as per your standard workflow.

When the new user clicks the shared Reset Password link, they will be directed to a secure activation screen to finalise their setup.

1. The user enters their chosen password in the New password field.

2. They re-enter the exact same password in the Confirm password field to verify it.

3. The user clicks Change my password to gain access to the platform.
