How to setup your Amazon Integration
To begin importing orders from your Amazon platform, you'll need to enable and configure the Amazon Channel integration.
Before you begin, please contact Scurri Support to activate the necessary add-on for your account.
1. Adding your Amazon Channel Integration to Scurri
- Login to your Scurri Account.
- Navigate to Setup Integrations.
- Click Add a new integration.
- Select the Amazon Channel from the list of available integrations.
This action creates a new Amazon Channel configuration record for your company.
2. Completing the Amazon OAuth Setup
After adding the integration, you must connect it to your Amazon seller account:
- Follow the first step in the OAuth setup, which will prompt you to log into your Amazon account.
- Complete the second step of the OAuth process on Amazon's platform.
Once the login is successful, you will be automatically redirected back to Scurri. The system will save the necessary refresh token, and the new configuration will be enabled. You are now ready to import orders from your Amazon selling platform!
Mapping Additional Data Fields from Amazon
By default, Scurri does not automatically import a specific Shipping Method from Amazon. Customers can choose which Amazon field is mapped to the Scurri Shipping Method.
You can choose to map one of the following two Amazon fields to the Scurri shipping method field:
- ShipServiceLevel or ShipmentServiceLevelCategory
Contact Scurri Support and provide us with the name of the Amazon field you have chosen. We will update your Amazon configuration settings to complete the mapping.
