How will orders be imported to Scurri
Scurri polls eBay every 5 minutes, looking for orders in a fulfilment status of "Not Started" or "In Progress" since the last import.
Upon Manifest in Scurri, we update the order in eBay with the carrier name and the tracking number.
Setup
We first need to configure Scurri to connect to your eBay store. This part is very straightforward.
-
Log into your Scurri account and from the menu bar on the side click Setup and Integrations
-
Click Add New Integration and then click Add button for eBay.
- If the eBay option is not present, please contact the support team.
- If the eBay option is not present, please contact the support team.
- This will bring you to eBay, log in and click I agree on the next page.
- You will be brought back to the Scurri UI.
That's it we've configured Scurri with your eBay store. You are now ready to start importing your orders into Scurri!
Important information
Weights
The weight fields in eBay are free text fields, so you cannot set the weight units to import.
However, we will accept the following weight units and convert them to kg in Scurri.
- lbs
- oz
- g
- gm (for grams, while not standard we will accept it)
- kg
Authentication
The authentication you give by clicking I agree runs out every 12 months, so you will need to log back into eBay via Scurri again to reset this when you are coming towards the end of your 12 months.
You will do this by following the same path in the UI via Setup and Integrations.
Now you will see there is an eBay integration present and you have the options to view the current Status or force Scurri to poll for new orders by clicking Import now.
Click Status and a new page will open showing the last import timestamp and the whether the integration is currently enabled or not.
Click Reauthenticate to log back into eBay reset the 12-month authentication.
