Overview
Scurri Track Plus has an integration available for the marketing automation platform Klaviyo. The integration allows for the use of carrier tracking events and associated order information within Klaviyo automated flows.
Integration Set-up
-
Within Klaviyo, create a new API key: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/7423954176283.
- When generating, ensure Read/Write access is selected for ‘Events’
- Once this key has been generated, it can be provided to your Scurri Track Plus Onboarding Specialist via secure file sharing to be configured.
-
As part of the initial configuration, Scurri Track Plus will send through metrics to validate the connection.
- These metrics can be found in Klaviyo by visiting Analytics > Metrics. Filter by ‘API’ and the list of metrics sent from Scurri Track Plus will be visible.
The following tracking events are available to use as metrics:
- Manifested
- In Transit
- Out for Delivery
- Attempted Delivery
- Delivered
- Exception
