As part of ongoing improvements to the Scurri platform, we’re introducing a unified login experience for Scurri Connect and Scurri Track Plus. This change will simplify account access, enhance security and give you more control over your login and privacy settings.
What’s Changing?
Starting early October, you’ll only need one set of login credentials to access both Scurri Connect and Scurri Track Plus.
I only use Scurri Track Plus
If you are a user of the Track Plus platform only, the upcoming changes will offer benefits such as:
✅ Reset your password securely at any time
✅ Manage data privacy settings
✅ Optional multi-factor authentication
✅ Review all active sessions across devices
The only action needed from you is to reset your password the next time you log in after the launch (Date to be confirmed). You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the new login page.
You may notice a few changes to the login page, including a brand new look and a new URL of account.scurri.co.uk. You can use this URL to login or continue to login using scurritrackplus.com (which will redirect you to account.scurri.co.uk).
I use both Scurri Track Plus and Scurri Connect
If you are a user of Scurri Connect and Scurri Track Plus, starting early October you’ll only need one set of login credentials to access both products.
Key benefits:
✅ Use your Scurri Connect credentials to log in to both platforms
✅ Easily navigate between both products without the need to log in twice
✅ Manage your password, privacy preferences and security options in one place
For users of Connect and Track Plus, you don't need to do anything. Your Scurri Connect username and password will now also give you access to Track Plus. After early October your Track Plus account credentials will be deactivated.
You may notice a few changes to the login page, including a brand new look and a new URL of account.scurri.co.uk. You can use this URL to login or continue to login using scurritrackplus.com or connect.scurri.co.uk.
The changes will allow you to more easily navigate between platforms by clicking on the icon on the top right of either platform. Alternatively, you can navigate between Connect and Track Plus from the Account page.
To navigate back to the Accounts page, click on the icon on the top right hand corner, and click ‘Manage Account’.
