This article outlines how you can
- View your webhooks
- Enable / Disable an existing webhook
- Delete a webhook
Navigate to Webhooks.
You will see either an empty table (if no webhooks have been created) or a list of your existing webhooks.
Search and Filtering
The table includes search and filter tools to help you manage your webhooks more efficiently.
How to filter
Use the select menus in the table header to filter the list. You can filter by:
- Status: View only enabled or disabled webhooks.
- Event: Filter by the webhook event type, such as ‘Tracking updates’.
How to search
Use the search bar in the table header to find specific webhooks. You can search by:
- Webhook name
- Destination URL
Sorting and Columns
You can sort the table by the Last updated timestamp to view your most recent or oldest configurations.
Additionally, you can customise the table view via the Column select menu. This allows you to simplify the display to only show the information most important to you.
How to disable/enable a webhook
New webhooks are enabled by default. If you need to turn off a webhook without deleting it, you can disable it in two places:
-
The Webhook List: Use the toggle switch directly on the table row.
-
The Edit Page: Use the same switch located within the webhook's configuration settings.
How to delete a webhook
Webhooks can be deleted directly from the table, either individually or in bulk.
How to delete a single webhook
Click the delete button on an individual row. A confirmation dialog will appear; you must confirm the action to permanently delete the webhook.
How to bulk delete webhooks
Select multiple webhooks by checking the box on each row. A bulk actions section will appear, allowing you to delete all selected items at once after confirming the action in the dialog.
