Monitor your integrations via the Activity section, which is split into the Requests Queue and Failed Requests. Access this by clicking the Activity button on the main list page.
1. Requests Queue
This tab displays requests currently scheduled for delivery, categorised by status:
- Queued: Awaiting the first delivery attempt.
- Retrying: The request previously failed and is now scheduled for a retry attempt.
Search and Filtering
Filter the queue by Status or Event, or search by Webhook name, Event ID, or Destination URL.
2. Failed Requests
The Failed Requests tab logs all requests that have exhausted their retry attempts. This is your primary tool for troubleshooting, as it displays the specific Error Status Code returned by your server.
Data Retention: Please note that failed request logs are retained for 30 days before being automatically removed from the system.
How to retry/delete a single failed request
Click the retry or delete button on any row and confirm the action in the dialog.
How to bulk retry/delete failed requests
Select multiple logs to trigger the bulk actions menu. This allows you to retry or delete large volumes of failed requests simultaneously.
