Once your delivery options are created, you can manage them via the delivery options list page.
Actions
From the list table, you can perform the following actions on each delivery option:
Edit: Modify the delivery option details, conditions, or allocation settings.
Copy (duplicate): Create an exact copy of the delivery option with all settings, which you can then modify. This saves time when creating similar delivery options.
Delete: Permanently remove the delivery option from your system.
Active/Deactivate: Toggle whether a delivery option should be considered when allocating to incoming shipments using the switch at the start of each row.
To access the edit, copy, and delete options, click the vertical ellipses button (⋮) on the far right end of each row.
A deactivated delivery option will be visually greyed out and skipped during shipment allocation.
Delivery option priority
Important: Prioritisation. Delivery options operate in a waterfall (cascading) manner. Because multiple options can be returned at once, the sequence you define here is highly important. The top-to-bottom order you set dictates the exact order those matching options are presented to the consumer at checkout. By carefully arranging this list, you can strategically ensure your preferred delivery method (such as the most cost-effective or fastest option) appears at the very top for your customers.
This waterfall approach means you should prioritise your delivery options strategically:
Place specific delivery options (those with narrow, strict conditions) at the top of the list.
Place generic or catch-all delivery options (those with broader conditions) further down the list.
Example: Rule 1 targets "High-value orders (> £500) - Premium next-day carrier" (specific). Rule 2 targets "All orders - Standard carrier" (generic). A £600 order will match Rule 1 first and use the premium carrier, while a £50 order will skip Rule 1 and match Rule 2, using the standard carrier.
To change a delivery option's priority, simply drag and drop it into its new position. The list will update in real time. Because delivery option priority is critical to allocation logic, you must confirm the change by clicking the "Save priority" button in the bottom footer to ensure no unintentional changes are made.
Warning: If you attempt to navigate away from the page without saving, a confirmation dialog will appear asking whether you want to discard your changes. Be sure to save before leaving to prevent losing changes.
