When you request a Shipment from DHL, we first perform a capability check.
In this capability check, we pass the shipment information and your client information to DHL.
They reply with the services they support for the specified day.
Please be aware that some errors may be confusing.
For example:
"The requested Global Product Code W and Local Product Code is not available based on origin country IE and destination country IT for payment country IE."
This suggest that the service is not available for the particular combination but it could be that you are trying to print the Shipment too late in the afternoon for a particular service.
When we send the capability through, one of the required fields is ReadyTime.
We set ReadyTime to be the current time since we do the capability check when you attempt to print a label.
