When you select the Ready to Print tab on your Scurri dashboard, your orders that have been assigned to a carrier and service and that have documents ready to print will be displayed.
When you print the documents for your consignments in Scurri, we provide the labels and also the customs documents (commercial invoices, CN22/CN23) where applicable.
Using the UI, we have 3 options to print the labels and documents:
- Single print
- Bulk print
- Scan & Print
Option 1 - Single Print
This option allows you to print one order at a time. You can do this from the dashboard or from within the order overview page. For a guide on how to do this, see here.
Option 2 - Bulk Print
This option allows you to print up to 100 orders at a time from the dashboard. For a guide on how to do this, see here.
Option 3 - Scan and Print
This option allows you to print individual labels on demand by using a barcode encoded with the order number in Scurri. It removes the need to click or type in the UI by automatically searching for and printing the label(s) and customs documents upon Scan.
This can greatly save time versus either above option by:
- Removing the need to search for shipments - as opposed to single printing.
- Removing the hassle of sorting through a stack of labels to match up to packing slips - as opposed to bulk printing.
Some of our customers who use this have reported up to 25% time saving by using the Scan and Print method. For more information on this, please click here.
Choosing the right printing method
When choosing how to print your labels in Scurri, it is important to consider you current business process and how the chosen printing option will fit in with that.
To help with this process, please consider the following when choosing your printing option -
- What volume of labels will you be printing in a day?
- Will the printing option speed up your current process?
