You can single print a label for a shipment in a status of Ready to Print or Ready to Ship.
However, if the shipment is in a status of With Errors, or in a Manifested or Cancelled state, you cannot print the shipments labels.
You have 2 options to print shipment labels:
- From the dashboard
- From the shipment overview
Option 1: Print the labels from the Dashboard
If you hover your cursor over an order when you are on the dashboard in the Ready to Print or Ready to Ship tabs, you will see three buttons pop up on the right side of the order: Print, Edit, and Cancel.
By selecting Print you can print the labels for that shipment.
This will open the label(s) and customs documents (if applicable) in a PDF format in a new tab on your browser. You will be able to print the documents from this tab.
Option 2: Print the labels from the Shipment Overview
In the dashboard in the Ready to Print or Ready to Ship tabs, when you click the order number you will enter the Shipment Overview screen. On the right-hand side of the Shipment Overview, you will now see the options to Edit, Print or Cancel the shipment.
Click Print to print the shipment's label and documents.
This will open the label(s) and customs documents (if applicable) in a PDF format in a new tab on your browser. You will be able to print the documents from this tab.
