The bulk printing option in Scurri allows you to print in batches of 10/25/50/100 orders at a time from the dashboard.
You can single print a label for a shipment in a status of Ready to Print or Ready to Ship.
However, if the shipment is in a status of With Errors, or in a Manifested or Cancelled state, you cannot print the shipments labels.
How to Bulk Print in Scurri
From the dashboard, click on the Ready to Print or Ready to Ship tab.
A list of orders will load on screen that are in the corresponding state.
Above the list of orders and to the right side of the screen, there is a dropdown box for Rows per page. In this dropdown, you can select the number of orders that will appear on the page. The options you can choose from are 10, 25, 50 and 100 rows per page. The number you select will determine how many shipments you will bulk print labels for.
In the list of orders onscreen, you can tick the checkbox beside the orders you want to bulk print. If you want to bulk print all the orders on the page, tick the checkbox at the top of the list of orders to automatically select all orders in the list.
Above the list of orders and to the left side of the screen, there is a dropdown box for Bulk Actions. Click on the dropdown and select Print.
Once you click the Apply button, a Print task will run on the selected orders. A pop-up box will appear displaying the number of successful and unsuccessful prints.
Once the print task is complete, you can click the Print Labels and/or Print Invoices to print the corresponding documents.
This will open the labels and/or customs documents in a PDF format in a new tab on your browser. You will be able to print the documents from this tab.
