Once your capacity limits are active, you can monitor your shipment volume in real-time to ensure your carriers are meeting their targets without exceeding their caps.
At-a-glance monitoring (List View)
The main capacity limits page provides a high-level overview of all your active limits.
Used on: Displays how many shipment rules are currently utilising this capacity limit.
Current cycle: This column features a visual progress bar so you can instantly see how close today's volume is to reaching its minimum target or maximum cap. Hovering over the progress bar will show you the current count in a tooltip.
Note: If a row displays grey "Not active" text instead of a progress bar, it means today is excluded from your schedule, or today's dispatch cut-off time has already passed. Similarly, if a number is displayed instead of a progress bar, it means there are no minimum or maximum caps set for today's cycle—the number displayed is simply the current allocated count.
Detailed analytics
To view a deep dive into specific volume metrics, click the View button on any capacity limit row. A slideover will appear, divided into three tabs:
1. Current cycle
This tab displays your live data for today's active dispatch cycle. You can monitor exactly how many shipments have been allocated in real-time, how close you are to your set volume limits, when the dispatch cycle will end, and the breakdown of volume per warehouse.
2. Upcoming cycles
This tab shows volume that has already been allocated to future dispatch dates. This visibility is highly useful for anticipating peak days or identifying potential bottlenecks ahead of time. Clicking on a dispatch cycle will expand it to show the breakdown per warehouse.
3. Previous cycles
This tab contains your historical data. You can review past dispatch cycles to see your final allocated volume for those days and whether you met your volume limits. Clicking on a dispatch cycle will expand it to show the breakdown per warehouse. By default, we show the previous 7 days, but this can be changed to any specific date range via the date picker.
Data Retention: Please note that historical data for previous cycles is stored for up to 6 months.
