When you navigate to the Shipping Capacity page, you will see a list of your existing shipping capacity limits (or an empty table if none have been created yet). From this page, you can easily search, sort, and manage your configurations.
Search and Filtering
Use the tools in the table header to manage your view and find capacity limits efficiently:
Search: Type in the search bar to quickly locate a specific configuration by its Shipping Capacity limit name.
Filter: Use the Carrier dropdown menu to filter the list and only view shipping capacity limits assigned to a specific carrier.
Sorting and Customising Columns
You can further organise your list to suit your workflow:
Sort: Click the Last updated column header to sort your table by your most recently modified - or oldest - capacity limits.
Customise Columns: Use the Columns dropdown menu to toggle specific data points on or off. This allows you to simplify the table and focus only on the information most important to you.
Deleting a capacity limit
You can delete capacity limits directly from the main table. To delete a limit:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the relevant limit and select Delete.
A confirmation dialog will appear. You must confirm this action to permanently delete the capacity limit.
Important: You cannot delete a capacity limit if it is currently being used on a shipment rule. The limit must be completely removed from all rules before the system will allow you to delete it.
Copying a capacity limit
If you want to replicate an existing setup and only change a few details, you can easily duplicate a capacity limit to save time.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the relevant limit in the table and select Copy.
This will open a new 'Create shipping capacity' form with all fields pre-populated using the original limit's details.
Tip: By default, the new limit will use the original capacity limit's name with "(copy)" appended to the end (e.g., Evri Next Day - London (copy)). Be sure to update the name and any locked fields (like the Carrier or 'Count capacity by' settings) before saving your new limit.
