Below we will give you a brief explanation of the dashboard and menu bar in Scurri.
Dashboard
The Main Dashboard is what you see when you log in to Scurri. It has three main buckets or statuses:
- With Errors
- This is where your unallocated shipments will be.
- Ready to Print
- This is where your shipments that have been allocated to a carrier and service and can be printed will be.
- Ready to Ship
- This is where your shipments that have been printed will be.
Menu Bar
Shipments
This is where you will view and manage all of your live and cancelled shipments.
Create Shipments
This is where you will manually create shipments in Scurri.
Import Shipments
This is where you will set up your CSV import profile and import shipments via CSV.
This opens the Ready to Print bucket.
Ship
This opens the Ship page where you will manifest your shipments and retrieve your manifest documents.
Cancelled
This is where you will find your cancelled shipments.
Track
View Shipped:
This is where you will find your manifested shipments. You can find their tracking information and links here or by searching for the order number from the dashboard.
Analyse
Volume
This gives you a visual representation of your imported orders, you can filter by carrier and set custom date ranges to be displayed on the graph.
You can also download all information regarding the filtered shipments in CSV or Excel file formats.
Setup
This is where you can see your company and carrier details, and set up your rules and e-commerce integrations.
Company setup
This is where you can view and edit your company and warehouse details, view your carriers and services, and manage your print settings.
Automation
This is where you will set up your shipment rules and import address books.
Integrations
This is where you will set up your e-commerce integrations.
