Filtering:
Quick filters:
Quick manifested date range filters are located in the top header of the dashboard. These predefined date ranges allow you to quickly filter the data displayed on the dashboard by specific time periods.
Advanced filters:
More advanced filtering can be achieved via the right side panel. You can filter by:
- Manifested date: Define a more precise manifested date range.
- Carrier/Service: Select the carrier and service for which you would like to view manifested shipments for.
- Country/City: Select the destination countries and cities where shipments are meant to be delivered.
- Warehouse: Filter the volume by a specific warehouse.
KPI’s status bar:
Right after the filters, you will see a status bar that displays key metrics about delivery problems, providing valuable insights.
- Total Shipments: Displays the total number of manifested shipments for the selected manifested date range filter.
- Total Exceptions: Shows the number of tracked shipments that have encountered exceptions.
- Exception Rate: Indicates the percentage of tracked shipments with an exception.
Exception rate over time:
This graph illustrates the trend of your exception rate over time, relative to your shipment volume. Understanding this relationship helps you identify periods of higher or lower exception rates in proportion to your overall shipping activity, aiding in pinpointing operational challenges and optimising processes.
Critical exceptions:
Some exceptions may require more attention than others. Shipments manifested in the last 10 days that have been stuck in exception status for an extended period are listed here for your action.
Clicking the ‘View Critical Exceptions’ button opens a modal dialog containing detailed information about these exceptions. The data can be filtered by shipments in exception status for longer than 2, 5, or 7 days. The table displays order information for each shipment, the duration it has been in exception status, and the carrier's tracking URL for more details.
Exception rate by carrier:
This scatter chart displays the exception rate per carrier, helping you identify which carriers have higher rates of delivery problems. By visualising this data, you can pinpoint problematic carriers, investigate underlying causes, and make informed decisions to improve overall shipping performance and customer satisfaction.
Exceptions by carrier service:
This chart breaks down exceptions per carrier service, showing the shipment volume for each service to provide relative context.
