Overview:
The Warehouse Summary report displays shipment volume by warehouse, origin country, and destination. It also provides a breakdown of labels printed per user.
- Quickly view your total manifested shipments per warehouse along with daily and weekly average volumes.
- Gain insight into how your warehouse volume is trending over time.
- Visualise manifested shipment volume by warehouse and destination cities.
- Compare warehouse volume.
Use this report to track and manage printing activity across different warehouses.
Filtering:
Quick filters:
Quick manifested date range filters are located in the top header of the dashboard. These predefined date ranges allow you to quickly filter the data displayed on the dashboard by specific time periods.
Advanced filters:
More advanced filtering can be achieved via the right side panel. You can filter by:
- Manifested Date: Define a more precise manifested date range.
- Warehouse: Filter the volume by a specific warehouse.
- Carrier/Service: Select the carrier and service for which you would like to view manifested shipments for.
- Destination Country/City: Select the destination countries and cities where shipments are meant to be delivered.
- Import Channel: Filter by a specific import channel, whether that be API, UI or something else.
- Applied Rule: View shipments by a specific rule which is created within Scurri.
- Shipment Method: Select a specific shipping method to measure against delivery promise.
- User: Select a specific user to filter the printed label volume.
KPI’s status bar:
Right after the filters, you will see a status bar that provides information about your volume. It includes key metrics that offer valuable insights.
- Total Shipments: This shows the total number of manifested shipments for the selected manifested date range filter.
- Clicking the ‘View Details’ button in the total shipments KPI opens a modal with a table displaying your manifested shipment volume, categorised by warehouse, carrier, service, and destination country.
- Daily Average Volume: This shows the average daily volume of manifested shipments for the selected manifested date range filter.
- Weekly Average Volume: This shows the average weekly volume of manifested shipments for the selected manifested date range filter.
Warehouse volume by manifested date:
This graph shows the trend of your manifested shipment volume per warehouse over the selected time period. You can refine the view by filtering the data by day or week for a more detailed or broader perspective.
Labels printed by user:
This section provides a breakdown of labels printed per user. The pie chart visually represents the distribution, while the user with the highest number of printed labels is highlighted on the right. Here, you'll see the total number of labels and total number of shipments, as multiple labels may be printed per shipment if it contains multiple packages.
Clicking the ‘View All Users’ button shows a summary of the total labels printed by each user. To see labels printed per user on a specific date, switch to the ‘By Printed Date’ tab.
Volume by warehouse:
This graph displays your manifested shipment volume per warehouse. Monitor which warehouse ships the most. Alongside the graph, there is a carousel highlighting the growth in volume per warehouse compared to the previous period.
Clicking the ‘View Details’ button in the total shipments KPI opens a modal with a table displaying your manifested shipment volume, categorised by warehouse, carrier, service, and destination country. To see the total shipment volume for a specific date, switch to the ‘By Manifested Date’ tab.
Volume by origin / destination:
Use our interactive map to visually analyse shipment volume by origin and destination. This offers a clear geographic distribution of your manifested shipments. Easily identify the top 10 origin countries and top 25 destination cities. Toggle between views using the ‘View by Origin’ or ‘View by Destination’ buttons.
