Overview:
The Warehouse Analysis report provides the average and P85 order handling times, measured from the order date to the carrier's first scan. The total handling time is divided into four stages: from order date to imported, from imported to printed, from printed to manifested, and from manifested to the carrier's first scan.
- Quickly monitor the average and p85 fulfilment times of your orders.
- Optimise warehouse and carrier performance with actionable insights and meaningful data.
Use this report to identify bottlenecks in your warehouse and improve warehouse efficiency.
Filtering:
Quick filters:
Quick manifested date range filters are located in the top header of the dashboard. These predefined date ranges allow you to quickly filter the data displayed on the dashboard by specific time periods.
Advanced filters:
More advanced filtering can be achieved via the right side panel. You can filter by:
- Manifested Date: Define a more precise manifested date range.
- Warehouse: Filter the volume by a specific warehouse.
- Carrier/Service: Select the carrier and service for which you would like to view manifested shipments for.
- Destination Country/City: Select the destination countries and cities where shipments are meant to be delivered.
- Import Channel: Choose an import channel such as API, UI, or others.
- Applied Rule: View shipments based on predefined rules in Scurri.
- Shipment Method: Compare shipments against the delivery promise by selecting a specific method.
KPI’s status bar:
Right after the filters, you will see a status bar that provides information about handling time. It includes key metrics that offer valuable insights.
- Total Shipments: Displays the total number of manifested shipments for the selected manifested date range filter.
- Click ‘View Details’ to open a modal table showing shipments filtered by handling time.
- Average Handling Time: Shows the average time from order date to first scan date.
- P85 Handling Time: Indicates the time within which 85% of orders were handled or faster, measured from order date to first scan date.
Order handling time by manifested date:
This graph illustrates the trend of average and P85 handling times over time. Gain insights into periods - whether specific days of the week or months - when fulfilment times increase or decrease.
Timeline of events:
Gain insights into which stage of the handling journey takes the longest and shortest time, whether it's during the order import phase, order processing phase, shipping preparation phase, or the final carrier collection phase. This analysis helps identify bottlenecks in your order handling process.
These metrics are based on available data and may vary with data quality and the number of observations. Fewer observations may not fully reflect typical times. Hover over the ‘eye’ icon to view total observations.
Order handling time distribution:
Understand the percentage of orders handled within a specified timeframe. Identify orders that fall outside this window to improve operational efficiency and ensure you are on track towards meeting the customer's delivery promise.
Clicking the ‘View Details’ button opens a table in a modal dialog, displaying shipments filtered by handling time. Adjust the filter to view orders in different buckets. You can access detailed information for each order, including the import channel, applied rule and the carrier's tracking URL.
